Amer started his career in 1994 with Bates, has also worked with DDB Mudra and has been working with Lowe Lintas since 2002. Amer has handled brands like Essar, ITC, Idea, Bajaj, ICICI prudential, Tata Tea and more. Entrusted with building a new agency from scratch he looks forward to growing and nurturing Mullen Lintas to fulfill the group's 'large agency' ambition for this independent venture.
Arun has spent close to 15 years in advertising. After spending his first couple of years with agencies like Multiprint Advertising and By Design he then moved on to TBWA. Arun joined Lowe Lintas in 2003 and firmly believes in work that makes brands a part of popular culture.
Ashish is an industry veteran with more than 20 years in advertising. He has worked with agencies like Rediffusion-Y&R, Contract Kolkata, Ogilvy India & Publicis Ambience. He has won every single award - from over 50 abby’s to Cannes Gold, and has been rated one of the ‘Top Twenty Creative People’ by Brand Equity and ‘The Creative People To Watch Out For’ by DNA.
Azazul is the CCO of Ogilvy Bangalore. After graduating in English from Venkateswara College, Delhi, he started his career with Lowe and then shifted to Bates 141. Azazul has also worked for Publicis India, Mudra India, and Rediffusion-Y&R & McCann Erickson. He has worked with brands such as Nescafe, Coke, Odomos and Odonil.
With 21 years of experience in the sector, the adman is known to have the uncanny ability to turnaround the fortunes of the agency he joins. Bobby has worked at McCann, Rediffusion, O&M -Mumbai and New York (where he conceived m-life campaign for the AT&T Wireless relaunch, picked to be in MoMA), Energy BBDO and Mudra.
The Founder and Creative Head at Gopika Chowfla Design, Gopika graduated with a degree in applied art from MS University in Baroda in 1982, and spent 15 years with leading advertising agencies before starting her firm in 1997.
Karan’s 20 years in advertising began at McCann followed by stints at JWT, Enterprise Nexus and Grey Worldwide. He was President & ECD at Umbrella Design before taking a sabbatical. He studied filmmaking at the NYFA, before founding his own design and advertising firm AW. Karan has won more than a 100 awards & his agency AW continues to be amongst the top rated in the country at the local awards show every year.
Prathap, the creative mind behind the 'India Shining' and 'Incredible India' ad campaigns, was born in Trivandrum. He went to Loyola School and Mar Ivanios College, and gorged on debates, word-games, rum, cricket and everything else from Abba, Beatles, Bach, Orff, Ayn Rand, Wodehouse, Leon Uris to Shakespeare.
Praveen has been in advertising for over 18 yrs with his early years being spent in agencies like JWT, Lowe Lintas and O&M. He co-founded Happy Creative Services, 10 yrs ago which is now Happy mcgarrybowen - a part of the Dentsu Aegis Network. Praveen has featured in the Fortune 40 under 40 & won almost all Regional and National creative awards.
Priti started her career 22 years ago with Dart Communication. Since then, she has had long stints in senior positions at Leo Burnett followed by Lowe, Grey and BBH. In Jan 2011 Priti started her own agency called Curry Nation Brand Conversations and in no time her dream agency has grown from strength to strength.
Raghu is an entrepreneur, angel investor and advisor to entertainment/E-commerce firms. He is a football enthusiast, who started off as an engineer, a title he chucked to join advertising. Before founding Scarecrow Communications, Raghu was working as Senior VP & ECD in Contract Advertising India. Before Contract, he worked in O&M (Delhi, Mumbai & Malaysia), Ambience Publicis and McCann Erickson.
Ramsam as most of them call him has spent 18 years in advertising & started off in servicing, spent a good 7 years doing that before switching over to creative. He was in JWT before joining Lintas & is proud of some of the campaigns he’s done including Fastrack, Tanishq, Flipkart, Hike Messenger, Bharat Matrimony, Flying Machine, lots and lots of Britannia, US Polo, Kingfisher, Van Heusen etc.
Russell Barrett is an English Literature graduate from St. Xavier's Mumbai. With an experience of around 19 years, Barrett joined BBH in April 2010. He has also been associated with Ogilvy, Bates, Leo Burnett and Rediffusion Y&R.
An alumnus of IIMC, New Delhi, Sambit has spent about 14 years in advertising & design across agencies such as Lowe, Publicis, Leo Burnett & Elephant Design. In his last role, Sambit was in charge of the creative output of some of the agency's most robust client roster.
Working across creative, account planning, account management, general management and brand consulting, Samit has acquired hands-on branding experience of close to 3 decades. He has worked closely with some esteemed brands like Avaya, Benckiser, Bharti Realty, Capital Foods, Castrol, Cheil, to name a few.
Santosh Padhi started his advertising career 20 years ago. An art graduate from Mumbai, he completed an eventful 10 year stint at Leo Burnett, where he was an ECD and the National Head of Art. 6 years ago, he left the Burnett network to start his new creative venture 'Taproot India'.
Simi is an advertising veteran with over 28 years of experience, 23 of which were at Ogilvy. Over the years, some of the marquee clients she has worked with include Cadbury, HUL (F&B), ITC Foods, Titan Watches, SAB Miller, Madura Garments, The Hindu, Toyota, TVS motors, Indo Nissin, MRF, ICICI Securities. Simi has been bred to believe in the power of integrated creative solutions. Her mantra is simple, ‘Good work works’.
Subhabrata is a key architect in building some of the biggest FMCG, Automobile, Garments, Food, Durable and Engineering brands in the country. He has 30 years of experience in brand building and was formerly with Saatchi & Saatchi as Director and COO; Executive Director of Ogilvy & prior to that as GM with Rediffusion DY&R. An Automotive domain expert & a technology geek, he believes radical innovation is the key to breaking out of similarity trap.
Sumanto was born in Swansea, Wales, and brought up in the UK, Tanzania and India. When not making award-winning advertisements at Ogilvy, Chattopadhyay takes up the role of a writer, a model or an actor. You may have spotted him in the latest movie "Piku" with Deepika Padukone and Amitabh Bachchan.

Young creative professionals below 35 years of age who have a body of inspirational work in their portfolio.
What work you can enter
The work has to be released as well as associated with a relevant brand / client. It can be from any category (Print, Digital, OOH, Activation, Film, Corporate Identity, etc.)

- Create your 'Adobe Young Lanterns' showcase and submit the form
An esteemed jury comprising of ace Advertising gurus, will select a total of 30 young lanterns (10 from each chapter : Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru).
There'll be an event towards the end of every chapter, where the chosen Young Lanterns will get the golden opportunity to put their finest work before biggies of the advertising industry.
